자주 묻는 질문

Endoscopic Discectomy in Turkey

What is endoscopic discectomy?

Removal of the herniated disc fragment pressing on the nerve through a small entry point under endoscopic guidance. The incision is smaller and surrounding tissue is generally less disturbed than in open surgery.

Can it be applied to everyone?

No. The location, type, additional spinal issues and the patient's general condition determine suitability. The decision is made after examination and imaging.

When can I stand up after surgery?

In suitable cases many patients stand up the same or next day. The exact time depends on the technique and individual recovery.

Spine Surgery in Turkey: Process and Cost

Can I learn the exact price now?

We do not give a fixed list price, because the cost depends on the technique, implants and your needs. If you share your MRI, we provide a tailored, transparent quote after a free pre-assessment.

Can an assessment be done before I travel to Turkey?

Yes. For most patients the process starts remotely. Sharing your MRI images and reports is enough for an initial pre-assessment; travel is considered only after the plan is clear.

Does every spine complaint require surgery?

No. Not every herniated disc or spinal complaint requires surgery. In some cases a conservative approach is sufficient. That is why the first step is an honest assessment.

Is the outcome guaranteed?

No. Outcomes are never guaranteed in medicine. Every plan is individual and is discussed openly, with realistic expectations.
